Muscle of the Month: Hamstrings - February 1/18

February's muscle of the month is Hamstrings! This muscle group is made up of the smimembranosus, semitendinosus and biceps femoris. It is a group of three muscles on the back of the thigh, between the hip and the knee. The muscles work together to bend the knee and straighten the hip. More information including a targeted workout can be found on the posters in the workout area.
