With more than 15 years of experience in personal training, you are in good hands with Isabelle. Holding a Masters Degree in Kinesiology, Isabelle has all the qualifications to work with athletes as well as clients who have different medical conditions, such as:
Isabelle is certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, CSEP and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA. Throughout the years, Isabelle has specialized in running, aquatic rehab, pre/post-natal and injury prevention.
