
Congratulations to our December Member of the Month, Cienna Kirton!
Cienna has been training at Southport consistently for over a year, with her fitness journey starting years earlier in high school and continuing into adulthood.
Fitness for Cienna is built on discipline, self-challenge, and growth. Pushing both physically and mentally is an important part of her routine, with progress coming from stepping outside of comfort zones. Training plays a big role in supporting mental health and overall well-being, helping keep goals and priorities in focus while working toward becoming the best version of herself.
Southport is appreciated as a welcoming, non-judgmental space, and as a place where strong connections have been made with an encouraging community.
